I'm stuck on the DK quest line

Right after turning in the "How To Win Friends And Influence Enemies" quest I should get a "Behind Scarlet lines" quest form the same NPC. The problem is that I don't see any question marks of exclamation marks anywhere. I even went to the place where "Behind Scarlet lines" should be turned in and there isn't anything there too.

Try turing on Low Level Quests... Mabye That will Help. I always turn on Low level quests when doing DK quests because of the 7x times realm you out level the quests fairly fast..
