Misterious Sound Problem

Hello,
I`m writing this topic because I would love to play WoW with sound enabled, but I simply can`t.
Whenever I enable sound, my game gets frozen at totally random times( I cannot reproduce it on purpose), then after 1-5 minutes it goes back to normal.
It is very annoying when I`m in a raid, fighting a boss and I suddenly get this freeze, I either have to wait few minutes, or end task in Task Manager.
If I disable the sound ingame, this freeze never happens.

What I`ve already tried with no success:
-Deleting cache, WTF folder.
-Trying other settings ingame.
-Playing without addons.
-Reinstalling game.
-Reinstalling Windows.
-Reinstalling/checking Drivers.
-Checking dxdiag.
-Checking the internet for similar problems (found no solution).

Please help me, the game is not the same without sounds... Thanks in advance. :)

Would testing with another soundboard be possible ? have a friend over with his soundboard and see if it solves the issue.

Good idea, but it is a laptop, I don`t really know how to change the soundcard of it.
