its says i have it 1/1 but i dont have it in my bags or somewhere i checked 1000 times, i cant open the box coz i cant use the key. plz help me , i cant do the quest

You should have at least 70 lockpicking skill to open the box.
Why the Rogue poisons quests is missing? I cant level up from 100+ coz this boxes Waterlogged Footlocker : http://www.wowhead.com/?object=179487 too didnt exist :S
