Van Cleef quest?

I done the quest when I need to kill messenger and thats it. No quest about escorting prisoner to show me hidout etc. How to get that quest? Im 22 lvl

Wait for the Defias traitor to respawn in Sentinel Hill. He'll have your quest.

Spawns at the bottom of the steps in-front of Stoutmantle.
