When i check my "History" in the security tab to see all the changes made to my account, i noticed different IP addresses for the changes i made. Yesterday when i changed my password it said that i changed the password from IP address A, and today when i changed it , it said that i did so from a different IP address, is that normal?

yeah, its perfectly normal.
Like me you also have dynamic IP address.
