You need at least one character with at least 1k achievement points on your account to collect points, otherwise I'm not sure.
You really need at least 1000 achievement points to be able to collect points. Anything less and you will get the message you referenced "You do not have any points to collect" .
what is going on with this, it was not like that b4, how to do achievements if alot of stuff is buggedQuote:

instead of a reward for voting it's now a reward for being active in game. and achievement points is how the staff decided to determine activity.Quote:
