I live in the southeast US, and when I come home for lunch and log onto Warmane, my latency is usually around 160 ms and stable.
At night, however, especially after 10 pm, it becomes awful- usually between 300 and 3000 ms with huge fluctuations. Any idea why this is happening and what can be done about it?
Not sure, I don't have that problem on Ragnaros or Lordaeron and I'm from the west coast.
It seems better on Lordaeron than Frostwolf, but I usually like to do some bgs on Frostwolf at night. It's not just Warmane, by the way- latency is also a lot worse at night on certain other private servers.
I got the same issue. Ms starts to slowly increase after 22:30 pm EST and hit the peak of about 3k ms around 23:30 EST and then starts to slowly drop and it's gone by 01:30 AM EST.
