I lost all of my heirlooms/market place purchases???

Ok so I haven't played warmane in about 4 months, due to not having a PC. However now that I've logged back on I see that none of my characters have their heirlooms or anything from the marketplace at all? is there any specific reasoning for this? it's quite problematic for me

if you were level 81+ when you logged out last, the heirlooms would have gone to your mail box. If you did not collect those, after 30 days the mails disappear.
