Working Instances in Ragnaros?

I'm currently wondering what are the working instances in Wrath of the Lich King server Ragnaros
CLASSIC INSTANCES, TBC INSTANCES.

All except last boss in Blackwing Lair. And according to some forum posts last boss in Uldaman also stopped working.

I confirm that Uldaman is the only classic instance that cannot be completed. FInal boss is there and event starts (more or less) but boss is not activated fully (it just respawns over itself). It remains untargettable and unkillable.
This is a double prolem because now we need achievement points and this way we cannot get Uldaman points and also cannot get the final achievement for beating all classic instances.
How can I point this out to dev team? I opened 2 tickets with no proper answers...

I got the answer from the GM: This instance is currently disabled by choice.
No further reason :( I really want to get the classic dungeonmaster achievement as wel :\
