Im trying to recover my Molten account and when I try to make a ticket on the account page it only allows me to select ban appeal and I dont have a ban on me.

Im trying to recover my Molten account and when I try to make a ticket on the account page it only allows me to select ban appeal and I dont have a ban on me.
it's not longer possible to recover old molten accounts
So no coins/points etc?
