DELAY pls help

Hi guys i was wondering if any of you cloud help me with my issue. I having constantly decent ms around (30 ms) all the time and thing are running smoothly for me when server is low populate like (2000) ppl in the morning.
BUT **** gets real when server reach capacity (5000+) it still showing (30) ms but Im having unreal delay.
I was wondering if any of you had the same problem and come up to solution. Ty for answer!

Upload : 2 mb
PC: Procesor Intel Ccore (TM) i5-2300 CPU 2.80 GHZ
CARD: R9-270x Rdeon 2GM
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1666 MHZ

I think it's the anti-cheat causing it, I got 40ms yet quartz constantly shows 200-400ms.

Yea, sometimes I'm having same issue...
tests shows less than 50ms to all possible to ping servers but on Lordaeron it's like 500+ or even 6k+. sadly don't have answer how to counter it. I simply restart my router and PC (also wait a while) and it backs to normal.
don't know is it PC/Client issue or server-sided...

2 days ago I was going to post similar topic, but when I wanted to take screen-shot all suddenly went back to normal, so I gave up...

Never had any delay problem whatsoever and I also sit around 40ms. Only lag I experience is when updates are being applied (which is normal) and when it gets ddos'd. Other than that I find it very stable even at 5k+ population. Hell, even on launch day 2 I believe it was there was a cap of 6k people online and it was still very stable and enjoyable.

Same here. First I thought it might be connection issues on my end, but now that someone mentions it, in the evenings I'm getting like 500-600ms. Only in the evenings.

i am having some strange high latency issue as well on frostwolf...my internet and pc is working fine but the game is running ultra slow since 2 days...pls fix this crap ur server is holding us back with something.

6000+ ms without vpn and 500-1000ms on vpn....on vpn its working somewhat but a bit slow due to being run on vpn...pls fix this notorious issue of high latency going on for days

I'm having horrible lag spikes now, I've had constant 46ms and no lag untill today ;x
