What to spend honor on?

Now that I got all the honor mounts, anyone has any suggestions what to do with honor (got all the sw ones and the AV one, are there any more?).

Save it for next tier. In WotLK tier, you can buy epic gems with honor - 10k honor = 1 gem.

1) I thought it gets reset.
2)I will hit the cap like 10 times by then.

Anyone? I bought out all the tabards meanwhile, and the battle standard and stuff like that.
