There are not enough twinks in DW to kill Hogger, if that's your question.

There aren't any; twinking is pretty much dead on Deathwing.

The 70-79 is dead(inactive),was the only bracket alive on DW,

if you're intersting in 70-79... come at Christmas it might get active,always gets active on winter season,be ready for the winter!
