Points disabled

Hello everyone, Im trying to pick some points for my account, but this is happend "You do not have any points to collect." For what?

You need at least 1000 achievement points to collect points.

And how i can get 1000 achievements and, how i can see my achievements?

Press Y in game if you have not changed that key binding.
