Help me, i'm lost!

I tried to collect my daily points many times before and later logged, but still saying "You do not have any points to collect.".
I want to change my character name, but i need 10 points and cant do that.
(and a additional question: if i change the name of char it will wipe her items?)

you need atleast 1000 achievement points before you can collect pointa on the website.
rename will NOT delete any of your items :)
