I'd like to bump this as I haven't seen anything related to the Lordaeron armory since it's launch, while the Lordaeron realm information thread shows that we should [perhaps will] have an armory. The question is... when?

And yes, the original server idea had an armory specified. But I havent heard of it for a while.

I guess they will release the armory when they have released WOTLK...

You dont really need armory before first arena season, and they proably think the same way.

TBC is going to have arena eventually, even tho' the seasons here last for 3 months people would still be interested to see where they ended up on the ladder within a month.
