So every class has that point in the game where they really pick up. 1-20 usually is nothing like what the class is truly like is most cases. So in WOTLK when do Mages and Enh Shamans really pick up and start to become really enjoyable?

enhancement gets going at level 30 and 41, at lvl 30 you get Windfury and and lvl 41 you have Dual Wield+Stormstrike...dont know about mages tho, probably about the same
Enh shaman really "start" at 40lv when you get dual and can use mail armors ( under 40lv you cant even call it enh IMO ), then on 80 lv when you get hex, instant hex is very strong and important when you play enh.Quote:
