Does any of the cataclysm servers (Warsong, Neltharion) run on 1x xp rate? I think I saw somewhere on forum that warsong has 7x rate, nad I'm looking for oldschool slow progress;)

warsong is insta 85 pvp. nelth is 7x. those are your 2 options for cata.
