Realm Transfers

Hello, what happened to the realm transfers for Ragnaros to Deathwing? How can I access them, when will they be enabled, why were they taken off? I want to transfer my character from Ragnaros to Deathwing but I can't find the option to anywhere in Coins, Points, or Free in the store.

They took it down because they said that the staff view on transfers is that it's a tool for them to use to balance population, not a creature comfort tool for us.
