Wrong item sent when buying from shop with vote poins

i bought an item for my hunter and was sent a healer spell caster trinket. an guildie bought a spell caster trinket and was sent a tank trinket, how many of u guys and gals experienced the same situation and then staff tells u they cant help u and u selected the wrong item. then staff say they cant help u . i don't want a refund just give me the correct item i selected. Please guys and gals view your comments here to proof to warmane staff their system is faulty and need to be fixed

Maybe you should add the names of the items, so ppl might be able to tell you if they recently bought it or had the same "error". Not much information in your post, tbh.

I just bought a sharpened twilight scale too.Spent a few minutes sweating since i read your post,but the ingame mail was correct.Are you sure you didn't misclick ?
