False Ban

Hi. I didnt know where else to post about this so I did it here. I tried to log in and my account had been suspended for 4 weeks... due to scamming? I'm a new player to WoW, and It's my first few weeks on Warmane. I really didnt scam anyone, tbh I dont even know how to scam and what to scam? How can a new player who just started WoW scam someone? Im pretty sure theres been a misunderstanding here and I would love to continue playing before TBC gets released. If any GMs can please contact me, Its not fair to be banned for 4 weeks for something you didnt do.

I think I only traded with 4-5 people this whole time, and that was them giving me mana drinks. Yes I read it and none of it applies to me, fortunately.

When I try to submit a ticket, it says your text contains illegal characters, whats up with that?

Don't use !@#.^ and such in the subject.

Can someone help me or something? Why is it that the GMs dont even care about this problem? No one replies to my ticket, they dont give a ....

Dude. Its a private server, can you imagine the amount of tickets they get? Do you know what people submit tickets for? Its not only problems but all kinds of stupid ****. I've only had positive experiences with the staff, I think I only made a ticket twice or so though, not sure. One time it was really fast, another time I waited a few days I guess. With this said..I dont think its fair at all to say that they dont give a ****, because they do.

Spamming on forums won't speed up ur ticket being looked into, give up on that and just wait as everyone else.
