The addon even says that there's issues when you play on a private server. Accusing players of using bots just because you're mass whispering them is silly. Also half of those people are in a guild.
That happens from time to time though because the language addons use breaks on private servers. You can try doing that again later and you'll see it's normal and then it'll break in the evening and so on and on. You have to learn to deal with it :D
Not answering strangers, not being in a guild and not accepting random party invites is pretty much the base of my game play on MMOs, so I personally really don't see any of that as the "evidence" of anything that you're trying to make out of this. None of those are just jumbled words, nor are they low level characters, which just makes it even less likely that people would be using bots.
