Hello there i lost my account when molten-wow went down, now i am able to play game on that acc and log in propertly but i can't log in on warmane website because it asks me some authentacion code for mobile phone... I don't know what to do, is there any way to see what's email adress of my account and how to recieve that code.
You can create a second Account and make a ticket there. I had th same Problem in the past.
I still got some transaction IDs and with made with the Account ( so i could proof it was my ) , the Staff give me a hint like :
"your email starts with Heav****@gmail.com" ( if [email protected] would be you mail the hint look like this. )
I was able to remember the email i used for this Account and could remove the 2 Step Code.
Idk if there is a other Way ( or if they also give you a hint when you have no transaction IDs or other proof - i dont think so) , but this helped me.
Oh yea all i need is that hint...how do i reach someone who can send me that?
