What is the best trinket combination for Spriest PVE?

Considering that i have Dislodge Foreign Object (DFO Non-Heroic) ,which trinket should i get next ??
Im thinking of getting either Charred Twilight or Phylacetery (both non-heroic) via VP.
What are the best combination for BIS Spriest PVE. Thanks in advance

All casters tend to use the Phila + Cts. I think that the only class that is an exception is the affli warlock who will use cts + dfo
