I was away for whole summer abaout 6 months. Now i wanted to come back, but i see its not molten wow anymore and all my main Toons are gone -.- i searched forums but dint get much a help execpt that people had free transfer. But i were not active at that time. I lost my woltk warrior had donator weapon ,and then my MoP warlock what hade lots of items from coins and vp.
In a nutshell, there was an absolute disaster in January and events unfolded for a few days when a couple of the Molten staff hijacked the servers and wiped the character database including backups. They got the server up and running again, everyone had to start again, but a couple of days later, the host provider or whatever witheld the characters and so a second wipe of characters proceeded. For a while they offered things like instant max level ups, goodie bags etc. to compensate so that players could get back on their feet again without leveling.Quote:
