Barber Bug - Stuck

So, I got my haircut and now I cant see my character and am low to the ground. I thought maybe it was cuz I selected a haircut that didnt have the model, so I changed it back and Im still stuck in first person and low to the ground like a wisp.

I cant play like this, pls help.

mate press ESC and go your keybinds pannel, search for zooming out/zooming in or so, something related, relocate your binds and just zoom out, that should fix it.
