Sure, membership may be 50/50, but what about PvP? Who's hitting who more often?

He means more that there are no legimiate reason to do pvp since there is superiour PVE gear then PVP gear which is a reason many people are turned off by bgs... Also CTA is disabled till wrath and honor rates are not that high so it's a ''waste of time'' for many people :)

By the time you reach max level WotLk will most likely be released so noone can say who will be dominant in other words go for wathever you prefer
