DK starting Issues

I was about to do the final mission and turn it in to Thrall.When I got Ogrimmar, I found Thrall was not there and I cannot use my skills, so I gave up the mission. However, I still cannot use my skills. So I use the character stuck and got back to Acherus. I surprisingly found both of the portal and Mograine was disappeared. So I can do nothing now. Anybody know how to contact the GM?

Create an in game ticket. Thrall probably wasn't there because he got killed. You are pacified untill completing the quest turn in with him.
