weird delay after patch 15.11 Lordaeron realm

The system "manager" ingame says I got normal latency, yet everything in game happens with small delay; sometimes it delays almost a second, and the delay is not happening just every now and then but almost all the time during gameplay.. So far only one has complained about the same lag/delay problem, but none else that ive seen.. Normally people go mad over it on /global chat but not this time... Thus, it makes me feel there is something in that update that only a very few users get, and that, makes us lag badly. What causes this delay, if the manager ingame still wants to say the normal number?

in game latency display is unreliable, should try other ways like pinging with cmd.

the way you explained it, it seems like you are having lagg spikes. and from my experience with warmane if its server side its usually just constant delay.
