Former Molten-Wow 6+ years player account recovery

Hello, I played on Molten-Wow more than 5-6 years. I switched to official servers with a few months before all characters were deleted from Molten. I heard I can't recover my lost characters or account but I heard I can receive some points that are equal to my playtime and my donation. I tried contacting the moderators a lot of times, with no answers. I asked ingame friends to talk with the gm's on the servers , maybe they can talk with the moderators for me , also no answers. I also tried making a ticked from the "my account" section , to bad you cant make a ticked with a reason other than the "ban removal" . All moderators have they'r emails set on "not receiving any emails at the moment" and i have no clue of what to do anymore.

Ohh and yes , after there was no more Molten and you were asked to recover your account , it didn't worked . It said my account allready existed but it didn't at the same time...or some bull**** like that. If i tried to create another account it said the gmail is allready used and when i tried to recover my account from my gmail , I couldn't . Can't remember exactly , the thing is I tried.

Which Moderators did you try to contact? I never received a single PM from you, and I'm very skeptical that all the ones you did would just coincidentally all ignore your PMs.

That aside, players were able to recover their accounts (not characters) with points and refunded coins, along with some bonuses, for about eight months. That ended over two months ago and there's no recovery available anymore.

I didn't tried to contact a specific moderator , i tried recovering my account many times and it didn't work and when I tried to contact a moderator ,I received no answer.After trying 2-3 times, i gave up. But i guess non of this matters anymore if there is no recovery available, thanks for the answer .
