more info on ignite fix?

I saw this posted in the dev log but could not find any more info about it or bug reports going to "fixed".
What exactly does this mean?How is ignite a exploitable spell?

Exploit has been fixed and ignite is broken now. Before it was bugged so people could 1 hit bosses, and now is below the blizz like ignite. Below by a lot.

Have to agree, I have yet to see a Mage break over 30k Combustion.
