I was level 60 at TBC release so I didnt get rested bonus experience.
If i stay level 69 with 90% xp bar do I get 1 and 1/2 level of rested bonus experience on Wotlk release or only until lvl 70?

This is a good question.
I think you will only get it until 70, but who knows!

pure speculation on my part, but I assume that anything related to the xp caps at level 70 (including rested).
Because now is lvl cap at 70 you cant have rested bonus when wotlk will be open.
Max rested bonus is only 1.5lvl
I had max rested when TBC released even though I was 60 for several weeks before it released.Quote:
