Have they fixed Warrior Mastery on Tanks (critical block, block, dodge, absorb, miss%) ? i'm capped at ctc 102,4% with trinkets i get around 135%, haven't played this prob in a year cuz of this ridiculous thing, i checked bug tracker but it haven't been updated in ages so got no clue if it works, can someone shine some light.
