Spell Delay

Spell delay is a feature that was pretty noticeable until it was basically removed with WoD release, and would be really awesome to have here on Lordaeron if you're looking to have a fully blizzlike server. The script for it already exists on Blackrock, and could likely be ported over to Lordaeron. most people likely havent noticed it in effect, but the most notable thing it provides is the ability for two players to cast instant cast spells at each other at the same time. It would be really helpful if you upvoted it on the bugtracker so the dev team takes it into consideration.
