With coins the recustomization option is ideal for that I think, race change option should also allow you to change your gender.
Trying to pull a Caitlyn Jenner now are we? You may get a sex change in the marketplace for 10 points I believe just buy a race change and in the options switch to female. I hope you become a fab woman ;^)
