[Transmog] CANT TRADE ITEM I JUST GOT

dear warmane-supporters,
yesterday i got http://www.wowhead.com/item=32273/am...rilliant-light. I wanted to trade this item with another player but this item is not tradable even though I did not equip or transmog it. My question is if a GM could give me a new version of this item so I can trade it again.

I got this item by trading with another player, so it was not soulbound and I did not transmog or equip it, but its not tradable.
