Error creating character

Trying to create a new character and keep getting error. Name is not in use I just cant create any toons.. anyone else getting this?

Weird.. when I used a certain hairstyle I couldn't make the character but changed it and it worked.

It's related to the wotlk client with wod models. Some hair styles don't exist in 3.3.5 and the client tries to use them anyways.
