My instant 85 Worgen Druid doesn't receive any Valor Points from Heroic Dungeons. None of my characters have reached the weekly cap, and my Druid (username 'Bark') has never done a Heroic Dungeon before. I'm only receiving Justice Points whenever a Heroic Dungeon is completed.
