Mistakenly used my vp

I accidently bought the wrong trinket ... wasted 29 vp on the COMPLETELY wrong trinket , haven't used it yet nor opened the mail , u can check my acc or i can post a screen shot but please i need a refund

There's no support for items or services you get with points, which includes refunds.

This wouldn't happen to me as a player, because if I had gathered points for a month I'd be very careful when using them.
And no, there's nothing I can do, plus our policy is quite clear regarding points.

next time be more careful. it clearly says

If you bought an item from the vote shop, there are no refunds at all. The purchase box clearly stated what item was being bought and where it was going.
If you bought an item from the Trade tab, there are no refunds.
If you bought an item from the donation shop within 24 hours or the item is bugged, then you should submit a support ticket here.
If you bought an item from the donation shop and it's been more than 24 hours, then there are unfortunately no refunds after that period."
