Hey old molten player here, AFAIK this is the new molten wow so I have a couple of questions:
-Are the servers the same like in molten (AKA Blizzlike)?
-What are the experience rates in different realms?
-How are the quests in the game, do most of them work?

Yes, they are the same cores as before however there have been updates and such since.
-What are the experience rates in different realms?
Lordaeron - 1x
Warsong/Blackrock - PvP Instant 85/80
DW/Rag/Nelth/FW - 7x
-How are the quests in the game, do most of them work?
Varies per expansion, with the exception of Lordaeron which is about 98% working perfect.
I have been playing warsong and I want a transmog but the item that starts a job unfinished doesn't seem to drop i've killed the mob tons of times but it has never droped
