Why does someone with a **** ton of armor pen seem to void out any resilience you have whatsoever? Is it bugged on warmane?
You have any proof of this ? Or do you just like to make claims without any sort of information backing them up.

The more your opponent got armor,the more armor pen will be op,but if you gem strength you will get more damage on clothies then with full armoe pen.
