hy.. i am dead my spirit is in dalaran and mai corps is in icc... pls help

There must be a spirit guide on the right of the citadel, go afk for 10 minutes untill sickness goes off.

Take sickness from spirit which is in Dalaran.
Or, logout. Go to warmane main page/ My Account/ Store/Select your realm - Your chatacter - put "Free" - Character Unstuck / Submit.
Log back to game and you'll be at your Innkeeper with 1 hp.
