Hey, today I`ve encountered the 3rd gold salesman spamming global chat for quite a while and no actions were taken. So I`m wondering where is the correct channel to report them, as it is not a bug, therefore does not apply to BugTracker and is not a Ban Appeal, therefore does not apply to Support ticket.
