Tome of Valor Quest for the (Alliance) is bugged the npc in westfall (daphne stilwell) is just walking back and forth and does nothing when you walk up to her.
please fix/help me

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I'm having the same problem.

It doesn't exist Cata and +. And it works fine on Lord, afaik.

Don't bother with the quest, TBH. It doesn't reward you of anything worth having. If you're trying to do your quest for Redemption, you need to do the Tome of Divinity quest instead.

It does not, just checked it - can it be fixed?

it gives probably the strongest 2h from level 20-30 in the game at that point, so yes. its worth it
