Account back up

I have tried to back up my 3 accounts on a few different occasions now, and every time it says 0% complete. It never goes up, even after leaving it for hours at a time. Any way to fix this issue? I really would be quite upset if I lost my accounts because the warmane back up doesn't work for any of my accounts.

also to me it shows 0% but I just need to refresh the page to see the real progress, also close it and open it again; I hope this will be your case too
