I noticed that some players have Deathbringer's Will Heroic but I can't find it anywhere in the open malls. I would like to know how I can get it. Thanks !

You can't right now. AT or Blackrock, was going trough alot of changes in last year.
At one point you could get all of the 277[HC] trinkets, and people got them, same thing with that instant mount.
But trinkets were removed later on not sure what the reason was behind it, so you can't get them at moment.
