Can't save setting

Every time I launch the game, I have to agree EULA and all settings are reset, as I started for the first time the game. Can you help me pls? I would like change the language too, but it says that I have to restart the game, but when I do it, the language is again setted to the previous one.

1) remove your WoW folder from your Torrent-download destination
2) right click on your WoW folder>Properties> Uncheck Read-Only. Pic releated:
