cant create a Char

Hey,
i cant create a Char..

could someone help me :o ?

you need to randomize the look of your character (face, hair style etc.) until you can successfully create it.
The problem it is caused by the fact you are using Wotlk with WoD models and you have set some WoD new customization for that Character.
