Feast of Winter Veil

Hi,any1 have any clue when Feast of Winter Veil will be available?

the usual barely working event is up... really hope after Lordaeron is done they'll focus on events

Only Scrooge and The Winter Veil Gourmet achievements work, correct? I couldn't test the Ogri'la one since the chain for the dailies is bugged for me
