Why is This Character Name Unavailable? - purchased name change w pts

Hi,

I purchased a name change for a character with points. I now cannot use Agent____ name because it says it is not available. Yet, there are no characters with that name when adding or in the armory. Agent with an arrow on e is used though http://armory.warmane.com/search/agent on Blackrock. However, the character I am changing is on Frostwolf, and I don't see a block on "agent" for WoW at this site http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/search?q=agent . There are 29 characters with that name, so it could not be a blocked title.

What is wrong with it? Can I please get the name I want and purchased?

Level one's don't show on the armoury, so it is likely someone has that name 'saved' on a level1 toon

I also did a copy and paste of the "arrow E" Agent name, and it then said "cannot change character's race." I added a name at the end of Agent, so I am guessing it is due to Agent being blocked or a problem beyond that since it also said "cannot change character's race" after I added the arrow on the E.

Names starting with Agent are blocked by the client. The ones who got it on retail most likely got it earlier. And only Blackrock lets you use non-english characters in names.
